Bowling is a sport that everyone, regardless of age or disability, can do. There are great health benefits – over the course of 3 games, you walk over a mile swinging an 8 -16 pound weight and burn up to 250 calories per hour. Senior bowlers are one of the most active age groups. Try to keep up!
