About Maria Licht ~ FitBowler Trainer

Fit Bowler - Bowling Fitness Training CenterMaria has a B.A. in Exercise Science and Psychology and has 25+ years experience in corporate fitness, personal training and high-end home fitness sales. She began bowling 6 years ago at the age of 46 and fell in love with the sport. She bowls in 2-3 leagues per week and participants regularly in local tournaments.

Maria is currently studying to become a USBC Level 1 Coach.

Through FitBowler Boot Camp, Maria hopes to share her passion and knowledge to keep bowlers of all ages on the lanes and enjoying the sport!
